Computer Order Center

The Graceland Computer Order Center provides sales of computers and peripherals to students and employees of Graceland College. The order center is located in the lower level of the F.M. Smith Library, along with offices serving the main MicroLab. The order center provides competitive discounts on most major brands of computers and periphersal, including Apple, Compaq, Hewlett-Packard, Canon, Toshiba, Aegis Computers and more.

All Apple products carry a 1-year standard warranty, and extended warranties are available for additional cost. Aegis computers are warranted for 4 years while a full-time Graceland student, or 36 months from date of purchase; whichever comes later.

Software is available through the Graceland Bookstore. Note: the Graceland Bookstore is a separate operation, located in the Memorial Student Center.

Applications for Apple Educational Loans are provided, and the order center accepts payment at time of order by cash, check, or major credit cards.

The order center is also a service center supporting student access to Graceland's data network, such as:

• installation of network hardware and software in computers they have purchased; either from Graceland College or elsewhere,
• help desk services at x5167, as well as
• requests for student e-mail accounts and
• payment of network fees for residence hall network access
