For technical support documentation and links to other sources of technical information, the Graceland College Knowledge Base is on-line, including a Search Engine to help locate documents.

Technical Support

Resicom Corporation handles all requests for help dialing long-distance, account balance information for long-distance authorization codes or other issues involving long-distance calling or operator services. Resicom can be reached at extension 5050 (on campus), 800/853-1030 (off campus), or via e-mail at service@resicom.com.

The office of the Vice President for Business Affairs is the contact for photocopy machines requiring maintenance. This office can be reached at extension 5121 (on campus), 515/784-5121 (off-campus), or via e-mail at paulas@graceland.edu.

The ITS Help Desk is available at x5167 (on campus), 515/784-5167 (off-campus), or via e-mail via helptech@graceland.edu The ITS Help Desk provides technical assistance for students, faculty and staff in all other areas, including the following:

• Cable TV (including "fuzzy" reception and inoperative wall connectors)
• Inoperative or intermittent telephones, voice mail usage and passcodes, and telephone move, add and change requests. (Note: student requests for voice mail passcodes and room changes must come through the Residence Life office.
• E-mail usage and account passwords.
• Network problems; including performance, usability, outages, Internet, printing or other issues.
