Travel Directions

Aliber Hall is parallel to University Avenue at 29th Street. If you are coming
from the east on the freeway (I-235), take the 31st Street exit; go north to
University Avenue; east about one block. If you are coming from the west there is
no exit to 31st and the exit for 35th will probably be closed for construction,
so take the 42nd Street exit; go north to University Avenue; and east about 1 mile
on University. Parking is available on University Avenue as well as in the
Visitor Lot on the north side of University Avenue (just east of Aliber).
Parking in this lot is free on Saturday.

Leaving the meetings: go west to 31st Street; south to the freeway. There are
right-turn ramps for both westbound and eastbound traffic.

Aliber Hall (Drake's School of Business) is well equipped for presentations.
Aliber 112 has seating capacity for 40 and has a ceiling projector. Estimated
attendance is 27-30.

Do not trust mapquest.com for information on the ever-changing freeway (I-235).
Go to http://www.I235.com for a more reliable source of information. For campus map

Next Year's Meeting (2005)

Wartburg College (Waverly, IA) has offered to host the 2005 meeting, unless
some other more centrally located school wishes to volunteer.

October 22 and 29 in 2005 are Saturdays that approximate the dates we have had
IUCSC meetings in recent years. For consistency, we may want to consider these.
It will be up to the host school, but the sooner we have a firm date that
is broadcasted to the listserv maillist (ia-cs@cs.grinnell.edu), the better.

Look over whatever future schedules you may have in order to make suggestions
at this meeting.

Note: our 2005 meeting could be our first one as an official SIGCSE chapter
